With technology evolving from day to day, it is important for any organization to keep themselves abreast with the with the latest technology. This is not only providing efficient services to the company but also be able to save the operation cost by automating certain process which most of the companies are now seriously investing into.
We have actively involved ourselves with Chatbot technology by investing in R&D to analyses the effectiveness of the Chatbot in meeting the industries’ requirements. Chatbots are built with Artificial Intelligence (AI) to handle clients’ queries and manage to reply the queries without human intervention. This would eventually reduce the customers’ cost in terms of staffing in handling clients either by voice, social media, emails or live chat. Under normal circumstances, Chatbots are able to reply the queries with more accurate as compared with the human.
